1. Are Casa Lumeya lights compatible with my electrical installation?

2. Are bulbs included with lamps and floor lamps?
This depends on the model. Where a bulb is included, this is clearly stated on the product page.
Models with integrated LEDs do not require a separate bulb.
3. How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 5–7 days from order confirmation, including processing. Delivery is free in the UK, with no minimum order. Available destinations are shown at checkout.
4. How can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with parcel tracking information.
5. How do I install my light?
Most of our lamps are ready to use (plug & play).
Some products require straightforward installation.
If you are unsure, we recommend using an electrician to ensure safe installation.
6. Do you offer a warranty?
For applicable warranties and the handling of faulty or non-conforming products, see our returns and refunds policy. Our customer service team will advise on the appropriate solution.
7. What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of receipt, with photographs of the product and packaging. If an item is damaged or does not conform to its description, our team will advise on the appropriate solution at no cost to you.
8. Can I return a product if it is not right for me?
You have 14 calendar days after receipt to request a return. For a change of mind, return postage is your responsibility. The return address provided by our team may be outside the European Union. Please read our returns and refunds policy and contact us before returning an item.
9. Do Casa Lumeya lights use a lot of energy?
No. Most of our models use energy-efficient LEDs, which are more economical and longer-lasting than a conventional bulb.
10. Are your lights suitable for dark rooms or large spaces?
Yes. Each product page states the recommended area to be lit (e.g. 5–10 m², 10–25 m²).
This helps you choose the ideal model for a living room, bedroom, office or large space.
